Private Training Programme |
This programme is designed to accommodate the needs of those who live
outside the Grater Toronto Area and outside Canada. Students can choose from among the
broad range of disciplines offered by Master Wu in the syllabus. Training is structured
according to the needs and capabilities of the student(s).
Hours of training count toward certificate for private training.

| For students who require
accommodation, we recommend these hotels which are within easy driving distance of the
training studio. For those students arriving in the Greater Toronto Area through Pearson
International Airport, the following directions will bring you to the
training studio:
At Pearson Airport, Take Hwy 409 to Hwy 401 East. Take Hwy 401 East to Hwy 404 / DVP.
Take Hwy 404 North to Hwy 7. Exit from Hwy 404 at Hwy 7. Turn left going
west on Hwy 7. On Hwy 7 past the overpass, turn right into East
Beaver Creek Road. After the first traffic light on East Beaver Creek
Road, turn left into the parking lot. The studio is on your left hand

Workshops |
|
These
workshops will help you developing the integration of body, mind and
self-awareness. Emphasis on relieving stress and tension; relieving neck,
shoulder and back pain and promoting joint mobility and flexibility. They
are energizing workshops with traditional training methods. Focus will be on
achieving optimal health.
Also, the
training will help students in
refining the energy
from the Jing (精)
to Qi (气);
from the Qi to Shen (神);
from the Shen to emptiness (虚);
from the emptiness towards the truth (道).
Students will be able to understand the real source of tai-chi and be able
to achieve an internal balance. You will experience a sense of
self-cultivation.
