The Practical and theoretical study of Chinese traditional Therapeutic Qi-Gong 
An essential Tai-Chi training routine specifically geared towards university students.
Studies of  the role of moral character in training and martial arts
Professional Tai-Chi training techniques and practical skills.

Elements of future development (Tai-Chi II) described in the next course will include an introduction to a Tai-Chi weapon routine - The Flying Rainbow Fan Routine.

COURSE NUMBER:  PKIN 0410: TAI-CHI II  TERM:  Starts Winter 2005

The continuation of the Essential Tai-Chi training routine learned in the previous course.

Practical and theoretical study of Chinese traditional Tai-Chi weapons.

Learning a weapon routine - The Flying Rainbow Tai-Chi Fan

Emphasis on the health benefits as well as martial arts applications.

Builds on the introduction to professional Tai-Chi training techniques and practical skills taught in the first course
